We are the parents, family, and friends who support Castelar Street School. Castelar Dragons Foundation is the PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) of Castelar Street School.

All parents and legal guardians to students enrolled in the school are automatically granted membership. As per LAUSD guidelines we must maintain an active Membership roster. Please fill out this form to become an active member of Castelar Dragons Foundation.
